Nayab Hassan is a Co-Founder & Partner of Hassan & Hassan. She graduated from York University with an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Law & Society before earning her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom, where she met her partner, Amal Hassan. Upon returning to Canada, Nayab completed her articles at a criminal law firm in Toronto before being called to the Ontario Bar in 2026. She then practised at a real estate law firm in Vaughan, gaining experience in residential and commercial real estate matters.

Amal Hassan is the Co-Founder & Partner at Hassan & Hassan LLP. She graduated from Toronto Metropolitan University with an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Criminology before earning her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2025. Prior to co-founding Hassan & Hassan LLP, Amal practised at a multidisciplinary law firm in the Greater Toronto Area, where she gained experience in Family Law, Real Estate Law, Wills & Estates, and Corporate Law. She has represented clients in negotiations and court proceedings, independently managed residential and commercial real estate transactions, and advised individuals and families on estate planning and estate administration.
