Nayab helps clients move real-estate transactions from agreement to completion with clear communication, organized preparation, and attention to the practical details of closing.

Before you begin

A few common questions.

When should I contact a real-estate lawyer?

As early as practical—ideally before signing if you need legal advice on an agreement, and promptly after an agreement becomes firm so deadlines, title searches, lender instructions, and closing documents can be managed.

Is the closing-cost calculator a final quote?

No. It is an educational estimate based on the details entered. Your agreement, lender instructions, title information, tax status, adjustments, and final statement of account determine the actual amount required to close.

What should I have ready for the first conversation?

Keep the first contact general. The firm may later request your agreement, identification, lender or mortgage information, property details, and contact information for the other professionals involved.

Can the firm guarantee a closing date or cost?

No. Timing and cost can be affected by the agreement, the lender, title issues, third parties, government registrations, and other transaction-specific facts.

Ready for the next step

Bring the agreement. Leave with a closing plan.

Discuss your transaction

General information only; not legal advice. A conflict check and confirmation from the firm are required before a lawyer-client relationship begins.
